Ready for a big change? Excellent! It’s going to stick if you set yourself up to make daily incremental progress. This package is great for lifestyle changes such as diet, movement, mindfulness, changing behaviors at work or at home, and for additional support reaching personal, health, or career goals. Package includes:

1 - 90 minute initial phone or video coaching session to clarify goals, uncover what kind of accountability you need, anticipate challenges, and identify milestones to be celebrated.

4 weekly coaching sessions via phone or video (1- 30 min session each week for 4 weeks) to touch base on progress, problem solve, and celebrate wins.

Daily quick check in text or email for accountability, support, and encouragement for first month.

2 Monthly checkins - A 30 minute call, text, or email check in every month to reinforce your progress, talk through any challenges, brainstorm ideas.

Additional 15, 30, or 60 minute coaching sessions may be added on at an additional cost should you desire a more robust coaching session at any time.
